Pay-At-Close
We’re excited to offer a new payment option for buyers. With Pay-At-Close, your client can roll the home inspection cost and any additional services into the closing costs.
What’s required from the buyer:
- Sign a legal agreement
- Provide a credit card number as a backup
- Title company information
If your client could not have a home inspection during the negotiation process, they can schedule a post-closing inspection and still take advantage of Pay-At-Close as long as they contact us 3 days before closing and have their title company’s information.
Real Estate Continuing Education
Structure Tech teaches FREE continuing education classes to real estate agents, and we have eight different courses approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce, ranging from 1 to 4 hours in length.
