He also provided a great lesson on the various maintenance items I should do on an ongoing basis. He answered questions as I negotiated the final purchase agreement. On my former home, Reuben provided a thorough inspection and was very clear about what I needed to fix. He provided directions and videos in some cases to help me understand the issue and how to fix. He returned promptly to re-inspect. The house was sold the day after the inspection. Everyone was prompt and courteous.
